Get points for simply searching on the site, or playing games, doing surveys, watching videos and many more. Points will vary depending on the promotions offered. Rewards are paid through paypal, gift cards and actual items. My typical SwagBucks session is about 15 to 30 minutes depending if I have any surveys available to me.
Login to your account and the first thing you want to do for the day is to click on the daily poll, it is worth one swag buck just for completing it.
On the main SwagBucks page there may be an offer in the middle to do something quick for a few SwagBucks. Usually watch a video or answer a quick question. This is usually worth 1-10 SwagBucks.
Next type something in the search box. It can be anything even jibberish but
I would suggest using it as intended and searching for something you really want. Chances are it won't give you any Swag bucks the first search so after you searched give it a few seconds and search again. After a few searches you should be rewarded for 5-15 swag bucks.Now look on top right by your name and see if you have a red email notification if you do click on it and you should have some offers available to you. I ignore most and mainly look for the ones where you just have to view a video or do something quick. Depending on how many you have you can get another 3-15 swag bucks here.
On the left hand side you should see an option for Trusted Surveys. Click on
that. Some times you will find a survey that is estimated to take 15 minutes but will give you 200 Swag Bucks if you qualify. Don't get mad if you do them all and do not qualify for one of them. It is important that you be honest as you can on these surveys other wise advertisers may catch on and not offer as many.The last thing I do is to watch videos when I have time. Click on SwagBucks TV on the left and you will have a bunch of videos available to watch. Simply pick a topic you maybe interested in and watch the videos. Once the green progress bar on the top right of the screen gets to 100% you will be rewarded 3 SwagBucks. I'm not 100% sure but I think the maximum you can get per video is 10% and it doesn't always give any for a video though it does most of the time. If I am at my computer working on something I will often just play videos and listen to them. I'm not sure how many videos there are but there are a lot and once you get through them you can watch them again! I can usually get 30-50 SwagBucks while doing other things taking 20 seconds out of every 5 minutes to change videos and often learning something new!
There are also SwagBucks Codes you can find. These are usually limited time offers and pop up every few days. If you have a social networking account like facebook or twitter, follow or like them and keep an eye out.
You can easily get 100swag bucks a day for not doing a whole lot and once you get around 500 swag bucks you can get some decent gift cards. I usually save up mine until I can get a larger amount. It won't make you rich but for the amount of work involved it is worth it.
